Capitalization & grammar updates, along with some helpful clarifications.

Rebasing the PR I posted a while back: #66

I was going through the setup and was inspired to make some clarification updates to the guide.

While I had it checked out, I did some nit-picky grammar stuff, like capitalizing WinterBreak everywhere, and adding periods to sentences that were commands.

And if I ran into issues while following the guide, I also added clarification so it's easier for others to avoid those same issues.

This isn't really a huge update; just tiny stuff to make it easier to follow 🙂
