[BUG] Cannot use WiFi calling when VPN is on

Required Information

• [ x] I’m using the latest Athena version

• The device is rooted, and nothing has been removed via ADB

Steps to Reproduce the Bug

1. Enable "WiFi calling" from settings
2. Make sure the VPN is enabled

Expected Behavior

VPN should not interfere with the WiFi calling.

Smartphone Information

• Device: Samsung S25 Ultra [e.g. Nothing Phone 1]
• OS: Android 16 [e.g. Android 13]
• Athena Version: 1.5 [e.g. 1.2.5]

Additional Information (Optional)

Also, when Athena VPN is turned on, I cannot update the phone. It just blocks my connection.
