P2 Badge Keep the tested SqlClient version aligned with production

When this test project runs, its direct reference makes the referenced CopyDatabase.MsSQLServer assembly use SqlClient 7.1.1, while the shipped application still resolves version 7.0.2 from CopyDatabase.MsSQLServer/CopyDatabase.MsSQLServer.csproj. The suite can therefore pass against driver behavior and binaries that are not deployed and no longer validates the production dependency; update the production reference as well or keep both references on the same version.
