ACP hangs when directory has a git repo

Description

Currently, if using the Kilo CLI as an ACP server on Windows for JetBrains, Zed, etc., queries made within a git repo will hang indefinitely.

This is an upstream issue detailed here: anomalyco/opencode#13222

Would it be possible to merge this fix into your fork to enable ACP support in Kilo CLI?

1. Setup Kilo CLI in Zed or JetBrains
2. Open a project in your IDE that has a Git Repo
3. Ask the AI Client anything while using Kilo CLI over ACP
