Summary

extend video_utils to report chapter presence
add chapters parameter to generate_mkv
support chapters in the attachments picker and melter
update test helpers and add chapter test case
document attachment and font handling in README

Testing

python -m py_compile $(git ls-files '*.py')
pytest -k font_attachment -q (fails: ModuleNotFoundError)
