• Consumes mouse button events if the button held down for more than 200 ms.
• Only (re)mutes on mouse button up if mic was muted on mouse down.
• Icon state is now triggered by system call back to stay in sync with actual mute (e.g. if another application unmutes)

Push-to-talk by holding: Caps-lock, F13 or Mouse4
Toggle open mic/mute: Pause/Break button or the key next to 1
Tray icon switches from grey (muted) to green (unmuted).
