Add a default fallback playlist if the queue is empty, or at start of the day #413

When nothing is queued and we want the player to start, it should start playing a default playlist, probably our Discover Weekly (spotify:playlist:37i9dQZEVXcN6CnHX2o47I). In the settings, we could add a setting for this URI
