Test `khisto-python` in the CI

Add CI workflow to automatically launch tests. Mainly, these tests could concern:

• the "happy path" whereby the inputs are as expected and we check the output are as well
• the "unhappy path" whereby the inputs are anomalous and we check the response is as expected (warnings, exceptions raised).
