Firefox Canvas Size Errors

When you edit HTML on Firefox, the ace editor won't detect that you're shrinking/growing the canvas and wordwrap too early.

Verified on Firefox 35 on Mac OS X. Some observations:

• resizing the browser window it update the word wrap
• word wrapping can split tags in undesirable ways, e.g. </h1> -> </h1\n> (happens in Chrome too... separate bug)

I'll investigate some more later, but I don't think this should be too hard to fix.

Ace is probably looking for a window scale change not a canvas scale change.

It appears that when jquery-ui's "resizable" interaction tries to trigger a "resize" event there's no event handlers to trigger. I'm going to see if I can reproduce this in the demo app by making the editor resizable there as well.
