User can view a collection of art images

As a user, I want to be able to view a collection of art images on the web app.

Acceptance criteria

• The web app should have a dedicated page to display art images.
• The page should show the images in a visually appealing grid layout.
• Each image should be accompanied by the artist's name and the title of the artwork.
