As a user, I should be able to access the Fermi Estimator Generator feature on the web app.

Acceptance criteria

• There should be a dedicated page or section for the Fermi Estimator Generator
• The page should have a clear and intuitive navigation to access the generator
• The page should be accessible to all users of the web app
