User can control the power output of the fermi generator

Description

As a user, I want the ability to control the power output of the fermi generator in order to adjust the energy release as required.

Acceptance criteria

• User is granted access to the fermi generator controls
• User can set the desired power output level
• The fermi generator adjusts its power output accordingly
• The power output remains stable within an acceptable tolerance range
