I don't understand why the formatting task fails when trying to merge. On the updated branch (before a fast-forward merge to main), the formatting task was successful. It seems to be a configuration problem, not an actual formatting issue. |

This PR fixes an issue with calculation of dependencies: Dependencies to contracts that are not in user-provided sources (e.g., in bootclasspath) are not reported as unproven dependencies any more. However, they are still shown in the "Dependencies" tab in the report, and are still printed on the console with INFO log level.
