Adds translations to Swedish and Icelandic (pattern for how to extend with more languages should be obvious).
Resurrects the old
\problemlanguagemacro to configure the language use (we were already using this in the template for backwards compatibility, now it's actually used to set the language for strings used).Fixes #150
