Founder • Software Engineer • AI Builder • Systems Enthusiast
I'm a Swedish-Jamaican man living in Trinidad & Tobago, building software because I genuinely enjoy it.
I don't just code for work — I code for fun. A lot of the projects I work on start simply because I want to understand how something works, see if I can build it myself, or explore an idea that I think could become something bigger.
My interests have taken me from cloud infrastructure and healthcare streaming systems, to AI automation, startups, EdTech, 3D applications, and game-engine architecture.
I'm building Eislett Technologies, where I'm focused on creating software products around education, AI, and technology.
One of my main projects is Is-Ed, an EdTech platform focused on making education more interactive and intelligent.
I'm interested in going beyond traditional educational software and exploring how AI, automation, data, and modern interfaces can change the way students learn and interact with educational content.
I'm involved across the stack:
- Product development
- Software architecture
- AI integration
- Backend systems
- Web applications
- Infrastructure
- Automation
- Data
- Deployment and scaling
Is-Ed is ultimately an experiment in answering a question:
What could education look like if we built it around the technology available today instead of the technology we had 20 years ago?
My interest in AI didn't start with the current wave of generative AI.
I first became heavily interested in AI automation—using software to automate processes that would traditionally require people to manually interpret information, make decisions, or move data between systems.
Since then, I've worked extensively with modern AI systems and have developed an understanding of how applications built around LLMs, agents, automation, speech, and real-time AI can actually be engineered.
I'm particularly interested in the engineering side of AI:
- LLM application architecture
- AI agents
- Prompt and context design
- Tool calling
- Retrieval and data pipelines
- Speech and transcription
- Real-time AI
- AI automation
- API orchestration
- Model integration
- Building AI into actual products rather than just demos
I'm less interested in AI as a buzzword and more interested in what we can actually build with it.
Early in my career, I worked at a startup building streaming software on AWS for a California-based healthcare company.
That experience introduced me to a side of software engineering that I still enjoy today: figuring out how to make systems work reliably in the real world.
Working with cloud infrastructure, streaming, backend services, and production systems gave me an appreciation for what happens underneath an application once it leaves the developer's laptop.
From there, I moved deeper into:
Cloud → Automation → AI → Products → Startups
And eventually toward building my own companies and software.
When I'm not working on products, there's a good chance I'm building something completely unnecessary just because I want to understand it.
One of my current rabbit holes is game-engine and gameplay architecture in C++.
I'm working with Unreal Engine and experimenting with an ECS-inspired architecture for gameplay systems.
That includes work on:
- C++ gameplay systems
- Entity/component architecture
- World subsystems
- System schedulers
- Movement systems
- Physics systems
- Character controllers
- Component registration
- Data-oriented gameplay
- Game-engine architecture
- 3D systems
I enjoy this kind of work because it forces me to think about software at a lower level.
Sometimes I don't need to build a game.
I just want to build the system that builds the game.
I also write about technology, startups, and product decisions.
One of my articles:
I wrote about the trade-offs of usage-based pricing and why a pricing model that works well for infrastructure businesses can create very different incentives and experiences for consumer applications.
Read it on Medium: https://medium.com/startup-stash/usage-based-pricing-is-killing-more-consumer-apps-than-it-helps-a9b6e131f0eb
I'm interested in writing about the things I encounter while building—not just the things that sound good on paper.
My projects tend to fall somewhere around:
AI × Software × Education × Infrastructure × 3D × Games
I've built or experimented with:
- AI-powered applications
- AI automation systems
- EdTech platforms
- 3D collaboration software
- Real-time applications
- Streaming systems
- Cloud infrastructure
- Mobile applications
- Web platforms
- Backend architectures
- Game systems
- Developer tooling
Some become products.
Some become experiments.
Some are just me spending a weekend trying to figure something out.
All of them teach me something.
At the end of the day, I'm a builder.
I like opening an editor and starting with nothing.
I like taking an idea that exists only in my head and turning it into something that actually runs.
I like learning technologies I don't understand yet.
And I especially like the moment when something I've been struggling with finally works.
That's probably why I continue building things even when I don't have to.
I code because I enjoy building.
I'm a Swedish-Jamaican man living in Trinidad & Tobago, building for a global audience.
I'm interested in proving that ambitious technology companies don't have to originate from Silicon Valley.
There are talented builders everywhere.
I'm building from the Caribbean and thinking globally.
I'm interested in building companies and technology around problems that are difficult enough to be interesting and valuable enough to matter.
Right now, that means continuing to explore:
AI. Education. Automation. Infrastructure. 3D. Games. And whatever interesting problem comes next.
I'm still early in the journey.
That's the fun part.

I build because I'm curious. I code because it's fun. And I want to see how far I can take it.
