Add notifications when certain events occur

I was wondering how translators and developers could stay uptodate on the state of translations.
Maybe having 2 RSS feeds would be a nice way:

1. Showing a list of all languages and the projects that are >0% && <100% for those:

   Incompletely translated projects:

   • German: Clipdinger, PecoRename, LnLauncher
   • French: Koder, QuickLaunch, LnLauncher
     ...

2. Showing a list of all projects and the languages that are >0% && <100% for those:

   Incompletely translated projects:

   • LnLauncher: German, French, Italian
   • Koder: French, Italian
     ...

Or is there a better way? Having feeds for each language and each project seems exessive...

Is this ticket about being notified when e.g. translation gets completed? If so, could you list events you would be interested in?

Devs would be interested when a language of a project reaches 100%.
Translators would be interested when the catkeys of a project got updated and the progress of a formerly completed project drops below 100%.

Generally, a log like with the user guide tool would also be nice, to see where/if there are any changes made.

It would indeed be super useful for translators to have notifications through an RSS feed, i.e., when some project is updated or just added. I subscribed by RSS to the "translation needed" thread on Haiku's forum, but sometimes there are no posts about new strings. Also, that thread contains irrelevant messages.
