Pressing back while the player is open doesn't take to previous page

Pain

Lets say I started playing a playlist from the library section. When I open the song player interface where shuffle etc buttons are present and press the back navigation button, it doesn't go back. Pressing it the second time closes the player but I'm always at the home screen.

Suggested solution

I believe pressing the button first goes from library to home in the background and then on the 2nd press closes the media player. The media player should close first and I should still be at the library tab. Then pressing it the second time should take me to home tab
