Packages not getting installed on windows

Python version: 3.12.10
Platform: Windows 11

Error message: ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement nvidia-nccl-cu12==2.22.3 (from versions: 0.0.1.dev5)

command: pip install -r requirements.txt

Issue might be coming because the wheels for this particular project don't exist for windows

Sorry @Aryamansir02 was a little busy with the festivities. Some of the packages in requirements.txt are not needed at all. I was in the process of filtering them out. Could share the complete transitive dependency for this dependency?

it's referenced in line 75 in requirements.txt, like so: nvidia-nccl-cu12==2.22.3

i couldn't find the transitive dependency since i'm unable to install the package. if its installing fine on your system, try using pipdeptree
