Fix galaxy.yml "documentation" link

I noticed the "Docs site" hyperlink is pointing to the wrong documentation at the galaxy.ansible.com page for this Ansible Collection, seen in screenshot below:

I opened PR #692 to fix that link! 👍🤓👍

I realized that just opening a PR with no related issue(s) might result in the PR having lowest of low priorities. But, I think this fix would be very valuable to include in the next release!
Why? For newcomers to the Ansible Collection, having the 'right link' within Ansible Galaxy could result in more adoption of this Ansible Collection! Cheers! 🍻
