Add documentation to browse benchmarks

The idea is to add a static webpage deployed with Documenter such that one can browse the models. In a second stage we can use Weave to have the benchmarks in multiple formats (eg. markdown / jupyter notebok) and have a section to store and show benchmarks results.

Example "weaved" files in md and html format for the Lotka-Volterra model can be found here.

The commands i ran to convert the jupyter notebook to different formats were:

using Weave

# to transform to HTML
weave("LotkaVolterra.ipynb", doctype="md2html", out_path=:pwd)

# to transform to markdown
weave("LotkaVolterra.ipynb", doctype="pandoc", out_path=:pwd)
