Describe the bug
The following code used to work but is broken on the latest release and current master:
(@v1.10) pkg> activate --temp
julia> using PythonCall
julia> PythonCall.@pyexec (err = "asdf") => `raise err`
ERROR: LoadError: UndefVarError: `MacroTools` not defined
