Is there any way to retrieve the cloud size of a given event? I was thinking in something like getting the internal coordinates of the charge carriers for a given interaction.

Can you elaborate a bit more? Using simulate_waveforms or simulate!(evt::Event)?
Did you modify the SolidStateDetectors.radius_guess function?

Yes, if I create an event with

simulate!(evt, sim,diffusion = true, self_repulsion = true, Δt = time_step, max_nsteps=50)

would it be possible to know how much the drifting charges expand inside the semiconductor?

As a function of time? Or when having reached the contacts?
For example, you can, for each time step, access the positions of the charge carriers in evt.drift_paths and compose a root mean square (weighted with their energies).

Oh, that's a nice idea. I could see then the evolution of the cloud in the drifting process towards the contacts.
