As written, this was accidentally skipping all the subsequent cfuncs that need adapters.

@vtjnash Any recommendations for how I can monitor JIT activity and / or inspect the cfuncdata to write a test here?

Typically some test in llvmpasses on output-unopt-bc with FileCheck
