Ctrl-C to interrupt precompilation doesn't work

It just prints Internal Task ERROR and fails something.

Oh, I see, it is Pkg.REPLExt bug, since you're supposed to know to set the boolean flag that enables interrupts if you want it to stop fully immediately, and if that flag is safe to access, otherwise it will start running the next job in the list
