Base.setfield doesn't have a bang

Every other mutators have one now.

Is it as simple as changing [this line](https://github.com/JuliaLang/julia/blob/master/src/builtins.c#L998) (and other references in Julia code)?

I suppose it should be added in `deprecated.jl` as well.
