hasmethod documentation change needed

In #48639, I made hasmethod inferable (by calling Core._hasmethod), but that changed from current-world-counter to tls-world-age. This now disagrees with the documentation, but I think is an acceptable minor change. This makes is also slightly different from which, and other reflection tools that return methods. But it aligns it with applicable.
