One is failing because of a GL issue, the other because of a main loop problem(?)

This will allow application writers to silence GLib/GTK warnings.
Also make the Pango.Cairo submodule work, change CI to test on 1.11 (which required skipping some tests on x86, mysteriously) and bump the compat of ColorTypes.
