Description

WGS84 is a standard with a few extra decimals on the earth radius. Is IAU 2015 a preferred standard in some areas? Most of my math requires WGS84.

Would it be ok to update these values?

# PLANETARY CONVERSION CONSTANTS (IAU 2015)
@unit Rearth_e "R⊕ₑ" EarthEquatorialRadius 6.3781e6*m false
@unit Rearth_p "R⊕ₚ" EarthPolarRadius 6.3568e6*m false

WGS84 semi-major (Earth equatorial radius)= 6378137.0 m
WGS84 semi-minor (Earth polar radius) = 6356752.3 m
