Dialects and their independent drafts now appear in the shared Library and QuickSwitcher alongside Packs and Graphs. Type filters and kind-qualified browser identities preserve existing detail URLs, contextual chats, and storage/folder identities; the Library sidebar covers Dialect routes.
Saved Dialects remain distinct from approval/publication states. Empty quick search no longer stays in a loading state when graph inventory is unsupported.
Closes #451.
Validation: 78 focused UI tests initially passed; 36 focused follow-up tests passed after review fixes, including real disabled/in-flight graph query behavior. TypeScript typecheck, all 11 translated catalogues (5,886 keys each), and staged diff checks passed. All GitHub Actions checks passed at
5800146443e2e46061d1d75a4ecb65a68d8b8c42, including Web, Go, companion integration and release packaging.Scope: navigation/discovery only. Local Policy lifecycle is a separate stacked change; this PR does not implement team RBAC, policy approval or execution admission.
Implementation: GPT-6.1 Sol, high reasoning. Parent review identified and corrected the disabled-query loading case and Dialect status labeling. No independent cross-vendor review is claimed.
Review exception: on 2026-10-18 the maintainer explicitly approved a one-time exception to merge Desk #453 at
5800146and #458 at8d6ac15without independent cross-vendor review. This supersedes the earlier automatic-approval refusal for these two Desk PRs only. Same-vendor review and green CI are recorded above; no different-vendor review is claimed. Spec #212 remains Draft.
