Working Groups: budgets show 0 which is a bad signal

Problem

Seeing WGs with a budget of 0 on the main project website makes it look weird--either that the project or WG is inactive as a whole or that "something is wrong". This is a bad signal to potential investors and people researching the project.

I have highlighted this to the council who may wish to change the way budgets are handled, but that is probably more operationally expensive than adjusting the website: https://pioneerapp.xyz/#/forum/thread/910

Solution

• The website could be adjusted to either remove the current budget--or the more preferable option: change the website so that it shows the WG spending over the past 30 days
