🚀 Feature: Enable Knip's new treatConfigHintsAsErrors option

Overview

As of webpro-nl/knip#1026 -> webpro-nl/knip@cafff6e, Knip's --treat-config-hints-as-errors is now available as a treatConfigHintsAsErrors config file option. I'd like that enabled in CTA for the reasons stated in webpro-nl/knip#1026 (comment).

Additional Info

This is a good first issue because it's a pretty direct example of the places you'd need to change logic for a single Block:

• knip.json
• src/blocks/blockKnip.ts
• src/blocks/blockKnip.test.ts (which I normally auto-update with pnpm run test -u)
