I think that the files should be changed to something viewable in git. Since we've transitioned over, it would be nice to update it and track the changes along with the work it represents.

I think this should be done in Mermaid.

All that needs to be done is transition the old Gantt format to the new format.

Looks great! Just a few clean up things but then I think it should be good to go!

If you're finished up with the Archived schedule (the .csv and .ods), then I would remove them.
