I think Techlore is great because it puts a focus on making the privacy and security field accessible to anyone interested in it (i.e. not just "techy" people) while remaining accurate. Techlore has also built an entire course on the subject for Teachable, which is also available free on YouTube (featured playlist).

As you said, it's a great channel, not only for people that know a little bit more about technology in general, but for everyone, because cybersecurity is something we all should be aware of.
