OpenOCD configuration files outdated

The "stlink" interface has been deprecated and is now removed from OpenOCD.

The new interface now is "hla".

For some reason, I can't get OpenOCD working on only the stlink-v2.cfg and stm32f4x-stlink.cfg files alone. I have to use the board/stm32f4discovery.cfg file... but that's another issue altogether.
