Add Network

There should be a small UI in the top right corner.

It contains an add button (+).

Clicking it checks if there is an entity selected.
If yes it asks for a name for this network.
If name is provided it is added to the list.

The list contains

• the name
• a delete button
• a progress bar to indicate the energy level
