• General UI mouse fixes.
• Added UI SDL 2.0 Gamepad API support [rather than just "Joystick API"].
• Fix missing input on 210118 ArkOS update.

Beta 0.1

This is an initial testing release. Known limitations:

• Untested on anything not ArkOS.
• Untested on any other OGA-like that isn't the RG351p.
• Untested with different RTCW versions.
• UX considerations still on the table for multiple menus.
• Weapon wheel still being considered.
