Add standalone TreeWork Manual and dual-edition release

Summary

• add treework-manual, an independent single-file TreeWork Skill for writing, research, notes, planning, creative work, operations, and other evolving work
• preserve TreeWork's root-to-branch mental model with root and branch task_plan.md, progress.md, and findings.md, plus root PROJECT.md
• keep the Manual edition self-contained: the Agent maintains the Tree and project state directly in Markdown
• present Coding Agents and Manual as two independent editions in the English and Chinese READMEs
• publish both editions from the same release tag as independently installable ZIP assets
• package the Coding Agents edition as a self-contained local Codex marketplace and validate version consistency across the runtime and Project Map
• remove the experimental Pi adapter through merged PR Remove experimental Pi host adapter #10

Why

TreeWork's tree-guided state model applies beyond software development. Writing, research, notes, planning, creative work, and operations benefit from durable location, plans, progress, and findings, but their Agents should be free to adapt the Tree to the domain and situation. TreeWork Manual therefore stands as its own edition rather than a reduced fallback for the Coding Agents plugin.

Release

v0.1.8 publishes both assets together:

• TreeWork-Coding-Agents-v0.1.8.zip
• TreeWork-Manual-v0.1.8.zip

They share a repository tag and root-to-branch mental model but are installed and used independently.
