USAA requires jumping through hoops in 2021

USAA made several changes, seemingly in an attempt to push out non-Quicken clients. 🤕

The major change is now a special enrollment is required, but at an undisclosed URL. This reddit thread figured it out. Folks need to visit https://df3cx-services.1fsapi.com/casm/usaa/enroll in order to set up an access ID. Other changes likely required.
