Improve Typescript scanning and git import

🚀 Feature

• Provide script to initialize an analysis project. Now, it is as easy as just typing in ./init.sh MyProjectName to initialize a new analysis project including the required folder structure and some basic command symlinks.
• Add packageName to Typescript Project nodes. TS:Project nodes now also contain the property packageName when there is a matching NPM:Package node.

⚙️ Optimization

• Optimize performance for git plugin RESOLVES_TO matching. A new index improves the performance for finding matching File nodes for Git:File changes.
• Improve progress information for Typescript scanning. Since change detection for Typescript scanning is now done per source project, the progress log needs to take into account that unchanged projects will be skipped. Additionally, it is helpful to also display the name of the main project when scanning individual packages.
• Treat "testing" and "-test" folders as TestRelated. Besides folder names like /test/, these two folder segments will now also be detected as Typescript TestRelated: -test/ and /testing/.
