Whitebox testing results do not get added to the report based on missing tool receipts

Hey there,

I am currently looking into the NeuroSploit application and noticed that when running the tool as a SAST all findings that got "validated" via the n-vote step get demoted by the grounding gate step since there are no tool receipts.

Either i am currently misusing the tool or it is designed this way. If the later is the case i would like to report that this seems to be erroneous behaviour since a n-vote step should suffice if only the code is provided.
