Virus coordinates reference point

Hi,
I am trying to identify whether virus coordinates are present within a cylindrical area of the brain using HERBS. The virus coordinates should be near the surface of the brain and show up in this way on the 3D reconstruction, but the coordinates give values such as (382.5, -63, -133.5) and (447.5, -154, -194.5) given in ML, AP, DV instead of expected values within around 400-10000 for all axes. I have checked the issues and can't find a definition of an origin which shows virus coordinates in the location expected. These values are taken from virus_contents>data>data when imported in python.
