Docker build fails, Wildfly base image too old #1

Just documenting that I'm leaving the Docker build broken for the moment. Will be fixed when we upgrade Wildfly. The repo that supplies the container image uses a base image containing old yum repo references, which no longer work.
Error during Docker build in image quay.io/wildfly/wildfly:26.1.3.Final-jdk17 with RUN command yum install ImageMagick:
Could not retrieve mirrorlist http://mirrorlist.centos.org
"Could not resolve host: mirrorlist.centos.org; Unknown error"
