Hello,
I’d like to migrate a line follower world along with TurtleBot2/3 simulation to ROS 2 Jazzy + Gazebo Harmonic.

I’m new to Jazzy and Harmonic and thought this would be a good contribution. Before starting, I wanted to check if this migration aligns with the project’s roadmap and whether there are any preferences or guidelines I should follow.
