Description

Update Editor API types to 0.3.3 (1.20.0.20). This PR does not guarantee older scripts will work as stated by Mojang.

• Closes Update type definitions for editor APIs #195
• Update editor-extensions, editor-random-fill, entity-spawner to 1.20.0 types compatibility.
• Disable checks for editor_test
• Add package structures
