[CORE] the final result displayed/send to API by CORE should have only 1 Threat type

Currently CORE engine just sending all the threat types identified by rules. However, it should only send or display only 1 threat Category out of all identified threat type.

To continue with work around i have added logic in UI to display first occurrence of highest confidential level threat type to the user and on more information display all threat type identified so far. But this is not perfect solution but just work around to get the ball rolling.
