Change background sky gradient based on time

Two gradient changes for evening and day (current)

• Current gradient (day) is from 5am - 5:59pm

• Night gradient 6:00pm - 4:59am (colors to be determined, should go along with the Treecard brand)

• Should be relative for a user's timezone.

• If a user is on the tree scene during the time change, color gradient should fade
