support for JanusGraph 1.1.0; added text predicates; version bump of dependencies

PR for janusgraph-python 1.1.0 that is compatible with JanusGraph 1.1.0. It contains:

• version bump of the package itself from 1.0.0 to 1.1.0
• version bump of test image from JanusGraph 1.0.0 to 1.1.0
• support for additional text predicates added in JanusGraph 1.1.0
• version bump of gremlin-python package to 3.7.3
• clean up of the requirements.txt. gremlin-python 3.7.3 explicitly defines async-timeout as dependency so requirements.txt of janusgraph-python could be simplified. The simplified requirements.txt file was tested with Python version 3.9.20, 3.10.15, 3.11.10, 3.12.7, 3.13.0
