TUI is breaking when saving SCIM changes

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. install jans 1.1.3.nightly
2. launch tui and make some changes and click on save
3. ex: chang logging level to TRACE
4. See error

Expected behavior
should able make changes and save it
