docs: update documentation for changes in the attribute creation TUI page

Update documentation concerning changes made in #7602

here - Screenshot should be updated, and a table should be added that explains each input in the TUI form
here - explain how to do the same thing with TUI. Add an example with equivalent switches and JSON data file
