refactor(jans-auth-server) : leave the assets for OOTB scripts inside the jans-auth server and move the remaining to script catalog

Currently assets for all authentication methods, irrespective of whether an implementation is going to use them or not, have been put inside the war file of jans-auth. Though this is not an urgent issue, it is recommended tat we leave assets fo OOTB features in the war file and move the remaining under scripts catalog in a folder specifically for assets
